    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 105

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 8 and 9, strike Section 3 and renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    2. On page 11, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and line through "ninety-five dollars ($95.00)" and on line 18, strike all of the underscored material.

    3. On page 12, lines 17 and 18, strike all of the underscored material and insert in lieu thereof "actual costs up to fifty dollars ($50.00)".

    4. On page 24, line 25, strike "January 1, 2012" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2011".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
