has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike "children, youth and families department" and insert in lieu thereof "the graduate social work programs at New Mexico highlands university and New Mexico state university".

    2. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "children, youth and families department" and insert in lieu thereof "study group".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
