SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 54, as amended

    1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 12 in its entirety and on line 13, strike the first occurrence of "BOARD;".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "THE" and insert in lieu thereof "MEMBERS OF THE REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS".

    3. On page 1, line 23, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "eight".

    4. On page 3, strike lines 2 through 4 in their entirety and strike line 5 up to the ending quotation mark.
