    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 44

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 25, strike "personal services corporation" and insert in lieu thereof "film production company", and after "remits", insert "or causes to be deducted and remitted".

    2. On page 9, line 5, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 6 through 9 in their entirety and strike line 10 through the semicolon.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
