    1. On page 3, line 12, strike "the effective date of this 2011 act" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2011".

    2. On page 6, between lines 6 and 7, insert a new section to read:

    "SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2011.".
