SENATE BILL 34, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Business and Industry Committee Amendment 1.

     2. On page 39, line 12, after "contracts", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 13 through 19 in their entirety and strike line 20 up to the semicolon.
