has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 39, line 17, after "except", insert a colon and the following:

                     "(a) against a person that purchased the structured settlement annuity; or

                     (b)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
