    1. On page 5, line 20, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".

    2. On page 6, line 1, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".

    3. On page 6, strike lines 2 and 3 in their entirety and strike line 4 through "board members" and insert in lieu thereof "of the six public members who were serving as of July 1, 2012 shall be reappointed to the small business investment corporation board of directors".

    4. On page 6, line 17, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".
