has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "REQUIRING" and strike line 13

in its entirety.

    2. On page 4, line 16, strike "an eighteen-month" and insert

in lieu thereof "a twelve-month".

    3. On page 5, line 1, strike "eighteen-month" and insert in

lieu thereof "twelve-month".

    4. On page 15, line 1, strike "eighteen-month" and insert in

lieu thereof "twelve-month".

    5. On page 15, line 3, strike "eighteen-month" and insert in

lieu thereof "twelve-month".

    6. On page 15, line 15, strike "eighteen-month" and insert in

lieu thereof "twelve-month".
