HOUSE BILL 486

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "LAW", insert "AND THREE YEARS OF RESIDENCE IN THIS STATE".

     2. On page 2, line 3, before the period, insert "and has resided in this state for at least three years immediately preceding assumption of office".
