has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 8, lines 18 and 19, strike "(15), (16) and (17)" and insert in lieu thereof "(15) and (16)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
