    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "implement" and insert in lieu thereof "consider implementing".

    3. On page 2, line 19, strike "By November 1, 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "As the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative deems necessary".

    4. On page 2, lines 19 and 20, strike "the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative" and insert in lieu thereof "it".
