SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 393, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Phil A. Griego

    1. On page 12, line 12, strike "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five thousand dollars ($5,000)".

    2. On page 12, line 13, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored material.

    3. On page 12, line 16, after "exceed", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 17 and 18 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "five thousand dollars ($5,000).".
