has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 24, strike the period and the remainder of

the line and strike line 25 in its entirety.

     2. On page 4, line 1, strike "the following" and insert in lieu thereof "from".

     3. On page 4, line 2, after the semicolon, insert "or".

     4. On page 4, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety and reletter the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
