has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 7, line 14, after "loans", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

     2. On page 7, line 15, strike "Act of 1955" and after "products", insert "or loans or loan products with an annual interest rate of one hundred seventy-five percent or less as disclosed pursuant to 12 C.F.R. 226, known as "Regulation Z",".
