HOUSE BILL 328, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 17, after "point", insert "; provided that a 911 emergency surcharge shall not be assessed on the provision of broadband internet access service".

     2. On page 10, line 13, after "Act", insert "; and provided further that a 911 emergency surcharge shall not be assessed on the provision of broadband internet access service".
