HOUSE BILL 321

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 19, after the semicolon, insert "and provided further that the parents appointed shall not have access to personally identifiable information;".

     2. On page 4, line 21, strike "nonprofit advocacy" and insert in lieu thereof "community".

     3. On page 4, line 24, after the semicolon, insert "and provided further that the directors appointed shall not have access to personally identifiable information;".

     4. On page 10, line 4, before "report", insert "beginning with the report required for 2012,".

     5. On page 10, line 19, before "report", insert "beginning with the report required for 2012,".

     6. On page 11, line 13, after "detention", insert "or children, youth and families department secure".
