HOUSE BILL 312

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000)".

    2. On page 2, lines 4 and 5, strike "one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
