    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 254

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 5, before the period, insert "when the

public, private or home school program that the child is attending is in session".

     2. On page 2, line 22, strike "and".

     3. On page 3, line 1, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     4. On page 3, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following paragraph:

                "(9) enrolled in or receives instruction in a private school or home school program and that school or program does not require the child to be in attendance at a particular time.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
