    1. On page 2, line 17, strike the comma and the remainder of the line and strike line 18 up to the period.

    2. On page 4, line 2, after "section", insert "or receiving their wages in checks, payroll vouchers or drafts on banks, convertible into cash on demand at full face value for the first year of the employer's payroll card program".
