HOUSE BILL 208

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 1, strike "An advance" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

     2. On page 2, line 2, strike "is void" and insert in lieu thereof ", executed on or after July 1, 2011, is void, unless it is executed as part of a complete settlement of a bona fide dispute".

     3. On page 2, strike lines 6 through 11 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "This act shall apply to any civil action commenced on or after July 1, 2011.".
