has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; DEFINING "ACTIVITIES"".

     2. On page 2, line 6, after the period, insert "As used in this section, "activities" means athletics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities sanctioned by the New Mexico activities association.".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
