HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 151

    1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; PROVIDING THAT A DISTRICT, METROPOLITAN OR MAGISTRATE COURT MAY ADD TO THE UNDERLYING JUDGMENT REASONABLE COSTS OF COLLECTION PURSUANT TO THE JUDGEMENT AND SENTENCE".

    2. On page 1, line 22, after "judgment", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 23 up to the period.

    3. On page 2, line 2, after "costs", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 3 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "of collection not to exceed twenty-five percent of any fines, fees or costs that remain unpaid for more than ninety days pursuant to the judgment and sentence".

    4. On page 2, line 15, after "costs", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "of collection not to exceed twenty-five percent of any fines, fees or costs that remain unpaid for more than ninety days pursuant to the judgment and sentence".

    5. On page 3, line 2, after "costs", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 3 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "of collection not to exceed twenty-five percent of any fines, fees or costs that remain unpaid for more than ninety days pursuant to the judgment and sentence".
