has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 24, strike "eleven" and insert in lieu

thereof "nine".

     2. On page 3, strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     4. On page 3, strike lines 21 through 23 in their entirety.

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
