HOUSE BILL 125

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 14, line 14, strike "profit or".

     2. On page 15, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is October 1, 2011.".
