HOUSE BILL 109

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 4, strike "any person" and insert in lieu thereof "the applicant, if".

     2. On page 2, line 5, after "engineer", insert a comma.

     3. On page 2, line 10, after "section", insert "or the state engineer's referral of the matter to mediation or alternative dispute resolution".
