has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 13, strike the underscored "less than".

     2. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike the underscored language.

     3. On page 2, line 17, after "section", insert "or a nonlicensed school employee who has been employed for more than one year and who receives a notice of termination pursuant to this section".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
