has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "KENNETH", insert "GUY".

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "forty".

     3. On page 1, line 21, before "crisis", insert "crisis management, including".

     4. On page 1, line 22, after "de-escalation", insert "practicum".

     5. On page 1, line 23, after "training", insert a comma.

     6. On page 1, line 25, strike "Crisis" and insert in lieu thereof "A minimum of four hours of crisis management, including crisis".

     7. On page 1, line 25, after "de-escalation", insert "practicum".

     8. On page 2, line 1, after "training", insert a comma.

     9. On page 2, line 7, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsection:

          "C. As used in this section, "mental impairment" includes a mental illness, developmental disability, posttraumatic stress disorder, dual diagnosis, autisim, youth in crisis and traumatic brain injury."".

     11. On page 4, line 7, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "four".

     13. On page 4, line 10, after "training", insert a comma and strike "September 1, 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2012".

     15. On page 4, line 16, after "training", insert a comma and on line 17, strike "September 1, 2011" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2012".

     16. On page 4, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:
