has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

     2. On page 2, line 1, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

     3. On page 2, line 3, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

     4. On page 2, line 4, strike "six" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".

     5. On page 2, line 8, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

     6. On page 2, line 10, after "contractors", insert "and the department of public safety".

     7. On page 4, lines 17 through 22, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
