HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 59

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 43, line 1, strike "There" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as provided in Subsection I of this section, there".

     2. On page 43, lines 12 through 16, strike all of the underscored language.

     3. On page 44, line 4, after "average" insert ": 1)".

     4. On page 44, lines 6 through 11, strike all of the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof: "or 2) for weeks of unemployment beginning after December 17, 2010 and ending before December 31, 2011, for any or all of the corresponding three-month periods ending in the three preceding calendar years".

     5. On page 44, line 12, strike "There" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as provided in Subsection I of this section, there".

     6. On page 44, line 17, after "E" insert "or I".

     7. On page 46, line 1, strike "Effective" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as provided in Subsection I of this section, effective".
