HOUSE BILL 54, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 89, line 18 through page 92, line 11 strike Section 59 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     3. On page 93, lines 9 through 18, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     5. On page 93, line 22, strike all of the underscored material.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
