has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, strike “DNA IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE”.

    2. On pages 59 and 60, strike Section 38 in its entirety.

    3. On pages 62 through 66, strike Section 41 in its entirety.

    4. On pages 67 through 75, strike Sections 44 through 49 in their entirety.

    5. Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
