    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 54, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 20, strike “MOUNTED PATROL BOARD OF DIRECTORS,”.

     2. On pages 60, 61 and 62, strike Sections 39 and 40 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber all succeeding sections accordingly.
