has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 18, strike "one" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

     2. On page 2, line 19, strike "secretary" and insert in lieu thereof "secretaries".

     3. On page 4, line 3, strike "one" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

     4. On page 4, line 3, strike "secretary" and insert in lieu thereof "secretaries".

     5. On page 4, line 8, strike "and".

     6. On page 4, lines 9 through 11, remove the brackets and line-through.

     7. On page 4, line 10, after the semicolon, insert "provided that the board shall report to the governor and the legislative finance committee when it decides a position is policymaking;".

     8. Reletter subsections to correspond with these amendments.
