has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 23, strike "allocate funds to" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

     2. On page 5, line 6, after "doctor", insert ", including an obstetrician,".

     3. On page 5, line 13, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

     4. On page 5, line 14, after "Act", insert "or a certified nurse midwife".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
