has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 11, strike "an active duty military parent being deployed, which" and insert in lieu thereof "a parent who is an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States or member of the national guard being deployed and whose".
