    1. On page 1, line 14, strike the word "PUBLIC".

     2. On page 2, line 5, strike "public" and strike "such as" and insert in lieu thereof "especially".

     3. On page 2, line 7, strike "public".

     4. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike "public workers" and insert in lieu thereof "working families".

     5. On page 2, line 18, strike "construction".

     6. On page 2, line 22, after "through" insert "the New Mexico mortgage finance authority to be lent by".

     7. On page 2, line 24, strike "public".

     8. On page 3, line 5, after "governor" strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma, and on line 6, after "council" insert "and the New Mexico mortgage finance authority".
