    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 269, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 9, after the subsection designation "F.", strike the remainder of the line.

     2. On page 4, line 10, strike the first occurrence of "the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

     3. On page 4, line 10, after "writing", insert ", at least on a quarterly basis,".

     4. On page 5, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following section:

     "Section 2. DELAYED REPEAL.--Section 1 of this act is repealed effective January 1, 2018.".

     5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
