DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 25, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "three", and after "governor" insert ", with no more than two from the same political party,".

    2. On page 5, line 4, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

    3. On page 46, line 25, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

    4. On page 47, line 4, strike "eight" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".

    5. On page 47, line 9, strike "position" and insert in lieu thereof "positions".

    6. On page 47, line 10, strike "two positions" and insert in lieu thereof "one position".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
