AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN TOHATCHI.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2011 to fund youth development programs, including the youth leadership project, at the Tohatchi chapter of the Navajo Nation. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
