has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 3, after "marked" insert "and maintained".

    2. On page 5, line 3, before "the" insert ", after January 1, 2011,".

    3. On page 10, line 6, after "designated" insert "and maintained". 

    4. On page 11, lines 16 and 17, strike "July 1, 2010" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2011".

    5. On page 12, line 18, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".
