HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 195, as amended

    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 2.

    2. Strike all items of Senate Floor Amendment number 1.

    3. On page 4, strike lines 10 and 11 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"other than exempt employee positions, identified only by state agency, position title and salary;

             (11) a directory of all exempt employee positions, identified by state agency, position title, salary and the name of the individual that holds the position;".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
