SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 182, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee

Amendment No. 8.

    2. On page 217, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following subparagraph:

              “(b) the project owner has submitted documents showing that the matching funds or capital were committed to the project on or before October 30, 2009.”.
