AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PAY BACK A LOAN FOR MORA COUNTY AMBULANCE SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2011 to pay back a loan from the New Mexico board of finance used for ambulance services in Mora county in fiscal year 2009. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
