SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE FINANCE

COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 113

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 20, lines 14 and 15, strike "one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two million dollars ($2,000,000)".

     2. On page 20, lines 18 and 19, strike "one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000)".

     3. On page 20, lines 23 and 24, strike "one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two million dollars ($2,000,000)".

     4. On page 21, lines 2 and 3, strike "one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two million dollars ($2,000,000)".

     5. On page 22, line 2, after the semicolon insert "and".

     6. On page 22, strike lines 3 through 6 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

                     "(c) eight million dollars ($8,000,000) for renovations and infrastructure improvements, including the razing of closed facilities, at".

     7. On page 22, strike lines 8 through 12 in their entirety.

     8. On page 23, line 15, strike "to renovate", strike all of lines 16 and 17 and on line 18 strike "environmental design" and insert in lieu thereof "for renovations, including improvements related to code compliance, at Lusk hall".

     9. On page 26, line 1, strike "to renovate, expand and construct" and insert in lieu thereof "to demolish, renovate, expand, construct, equip and furnish".

     10. On page 26, line 10, strike "renovate" and insert in lieu thereof "plan, design, construct, renovate, equip and furnish".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
