has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 2, line 21, strike "department" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico activities association".

         2. On page 4, line 9, strike "scalp,".

         3. On page 4, line 15, after "regulates" strike the rest of the line and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

         4. On page 4, strike lines 16 through 18 in their entirety.

         5. On page 4, line 22, strike "event" and insert in lieu

thereof "activity".

         6. On page 5, line 7, strike "or".

         7. On page 5, line 10, strike the period and the ending quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

         8. On page 5, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subparagraph:

                  "(f) a practicing athletic trainer licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Athletic Trainer Practice Act.""..
