has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, strike “eighty-seven and one-half” and insert in lieu thereof “seventy-five”.

    2. On page 2, line 11, strike “twelve and one-half” and insert in lieu thereof “twenty-five”.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
