    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 270

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, line 12, strike "and".

     2. On page 8, line 9, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     3. On page 8, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new paragraph to read:

                "(8) for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2011, an amount equal to the amount included in adjusted gross income that represents a refund of state and local taxes;".
