    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 252

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, strike the comma, remove the brackets and the line through "and" and strike "lease or".

     2. On page 1, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following new subsection:

          "B. From July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2016, receipts from the lease of solar energy systems may be deducted from gross receipts.".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. On page 2, line 13, strike "2010" and insert in lieu thereof "2011".
