has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "ABSENTEE".

     2. On page 2, line 19, strike "At" and insert in lieu thereof "No later than".

     3. On page 2, line 21, strike "the".

     4. On page 2, line 21, strike "absentee".

     5. On page 3, line 1, strike "absentee" and insert in lieu thereof "unused".

     6. On page 3, line 2, strike "on election day", strike "that require more ballots on" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     7. On page 3, strike line 3 in its entirety.

     8. On page 3, line 5, strike "absentee".

     9. On page 3, lines 5 and 6, strike "that are used as backup ballots".

     10. On page 3, line 6, strike "absentee".

     11. On page 3, line 8, before the period insert "in accordance with the provisions of Section 1-12-63 NMSA 1978".
